含稀土氧化物的中间包覆盖剂的物相研究

【摘要】 采用X-衍射分析和岩相分析两种物相分析方法,研究了实验室自制覆盖剂和工业覆盖剂的结晶矿相。结果表明:在本实验中,随稀土氧化物加入量的增加,覆盖剂主矿相由原来的黄长石变为稀土硅酸盐2CaO·4La2O3·6SiO2、CaO·La2O3·2SiO2、MgLaAlSiO6、NaLa4(SiO4)3F、NaLa9(SiO4)6O2;覆盖剂中稀土氧化物含量少于15%时,稀土氧化物对覆盖剂的熔化特性和黏度影响很小。
【Abstract】 The crystalline phases of laboratory prepared slags and commercial cover fluxes were studied by using X-ray diffraction and lithofacies analysis. The results indicated that: Under the experiment conditions, the crystalline phases of cover fluxes varied with the content of RExOy, increasing and the main crystalline phases changed from gehlenite to rare earth silicate,such as 2Ca·4La2O3·6SiO2、CaO·La2O3·2SiO2、MgLaAlaO6、NaLa4(SiO4)3F、NaLa9(SiO4)6O2; with the content of RExOy below 15 % , it had little influences on the melting properties and viscocity of cover fluxes.
