【摘要】 本文介绍了近两年来我国转炉溅渣长寿,3个钢厂炉龄超过3万炉的重大成绩。在高炉龄条件下经济效益持续增长、炉衬热停炉保护优化生产组织和长寿炉龄不会影响钢的质量3个方面详细论述了大家关心的与转炉长寿相关的问题。指出当前条件下,经济炉龄的确切定义实际上是不存在的。创建长寿炉龄的崭新技术体系,朝“永久炉衬”目标前进,才是正确的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Longevity of service of spatter slag for converters in recently two years and great achievements for the furnace life over 30000 heats from three steel plants have been introduced in this paper. The topic for longevity of servicer of converters around three aspects: the economic benefits progress from the long life of furnaces, the optimizing production with the furnace stopped under the hot condition and the unaffected steel prtxlucls quality have been discussed. The definition of economic furnace life is not in existence. "The furnace life of being permanent established by the newness technology is a correct direction.更多还原
