大型转炉吹炼过程中熔池温度状况的研究

【摘要】 利用副枪测量了转炉吹炼过程中熔池温度变化情况,计算了吹炼过程中熔池金属和炉渣的过热度,分析了影响熔池温度变化的因素,计算了典型炉次的热平衡。
【Abstract】 Variation in the superheat of the melt during oxygen blowing was measured by using sublance. The superheat of metal and slag in the bath during converter blowing was calculated and the factors of influencing the change of temperature in the bath were studied. The heat equilibrium of typical heats was computed.
