转炉低磷钢水的冶炼研究与实践

【摘要】 本文叙述了鞍钢新轧钢第一炼钢厂利用现有的设备、技术条件进行转炉低磷钢水的冶炼研究与实践,经过对转炉低磷钢水的冶炼工艺过程的全面分析与研究,总结出了一套成熟的转炉低磷钢水的冶炼经验,并在S82-1、AB1、X70管线钢等高中低碳低磷钢上进行研究与应用,证明转炉低磷钢水的冶炼控制操作方法是可行的,2002年用此方法已完成了近万吨低磷钢水的生产任务,为新轧钢创造了可观的经济效益。
【Abstract】 This article offers an account of M.R.A.L.S.L.P in which No.1 steel factory, belonging to the ANSC has made use of conditions of facilities and technologies in existence. After a full analysis and research of met-alurgical process of M.R.A.L.S.L.P, No. 1 Steel factory has been generalized a set of matured of metallurgical experienced of metalurgy of L. S. L. P. Its experience, which has been applied in the field of tube and line steel such as S-82、 AB-1、 X-70 and other steel types such as higher and lower carbon steel, has proved that the method of met-alurgical control of L.S.L.P is available. In 2002 the task of producing 10,000 tons L.S.L.P has been accomplished and made appreciated profits in economy for the ANSC.
