电炉炼钢炉壁碳氧喷吹模块系统的研究及应用

【摘要】 介绍了炼钢电炉炉壁碳氧喷吹模块系统,并对集束射流氧枪的射流特性进行了冷态和热态试验。与传统超音速射流氧枪比,集束射流氧枪能够在更长的距离内具有更高的冲击强度。将炉壁碳氧喷吹模块系统应用于生产,达到降低电耗50-80kW·h/t,提高生产作业率20%-30%,降低吨钢成本10-20元。
【Abstract】 Studies of carbon-oxygen jet module for ElAF and keystone of coherent jet oxygen lance have been in-trouduced. The cold test and the hot test for coherent jet characteristics have been carried out. The show electrical power consumption reduces 50-80kW·h/t, oxygen consumption decreases 20% -30% , and the production rate increases 5% and the cost of steel per ton approximately decreases 10-20 Yuan.
