内燃式热风炉下部冷风流场实验研究和数值模拟

【摘要】 为改善内燃式热风炉送风过程冷风在蓄热室中分配不均的情况,充分利用热风炉蓄热格子砖的加热面积,提高热风炉的送风温度,本文对一单进风道的内燃式热风炉,在送风期蓄热室中的原始流场和在炉算子支柱空腔中加气流导向板后的流场进行了模型实验和数值模拟计算。对比了气流导向板的不同形状对流场的影响,以获得气流导向板合适的形状和安装位置。模型实验结果与数值模拟结果相符。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the situation of the cool-blast distribution in the regenerator, to make full use of the heating area of checkers in hot blast stove, and to raise the temperature of blast in hot blast stove when hot blast stove deliver hot blast to blast furnace, The experiment and simulation for a model are conducted. In the paper, the initial flow with inner combustion chamber and single air-entered pipe field and the flow field are computed when airflow- guided plates were placed into the hollow room among pillars in hot blast stove. The authors compare the influence of the different types of airflow-guided plates on the flow field, and find appropriate shape of airflow-guided plate and the position where plates were placed. The comparisons between the experiment and computation are good in agreement.
