【摘要】 试验研究不同煤的燃烧率和煤特性关系。通过对煤燃烧率的试验以及对煤有关特性的测定,对得到的试验数据进行数学处理,试图找出其对应关系。研究表明,煤的燃烧率随镜质组反射率改变而变化。这种变化规律较好地符合得到的特定曲线。因此,可考虑用易于检测的镜质组随机反射率方法预测煤的燃烧率。采用这种方法指导钢铁冶炼过程中的喷煤,可望提高经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship of coal combustion efficiency and coal characteristics is studied. Based on the experimental test of coal combustion efficient and the measurement of coal characteristics, the effort is made to establish some formulae by the regressive method of experimental result data. The rasearch shows that the combustion efficiency varies with the reflectivity of coal. The variety rule can describe by the special formulae greatly. It can be considered that predicting the coal combustion efficiency index by using the coal vitrinite reflectivity index, because the latter is easy to be measured. Using this method can instruct the coal injection in the process of iron making and steel making and more economic profit can be expected.更多还原
