溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米MgAl2O4
SOL - GEL PREPARATION OF NANO - SIZED MgAl2O4 SPINEL

【摘要】 以硝酸铝和硝酸镁为主要原料,采用溶胶—凝胶—超临界干燥技术制备了纳米级MgO-Al2O3二元气凝胶。采用XRD、TG—DSC和TEM对二元气凝胶及其在500~1100℃温度下热处理产物的结构和组成进行了表征,并采用等温氮气吸附对产物的比表面积进行了分析。结果表明,二元气凝胶及其热处理产物由不同晶粒尺寸的纳米MgAl2O4尖晶石构成,随热处理温度的升高而增大。
【Abstract】 The nano - sized MgO - Al2O3 binary aerogel was synthesized by sol - gel supercritical fluid drying technology using Al(NO3)3 and Mg(NO3)2 as the starting materials. The structure and composition of the binary aerogel and its products after heat treatment were characterized by XRD, TG - DTA, TEM and the BET specific area analyses. The results show that the binary aerogel and its products consist of nanosized MgAl2O4 spinel particles with different sizes which are increased with the increase of heat - treatment temperature.
