G60在鞍钢新轧线材厂的生产实践
G60 WIRE ROD PRODUCTION

【摘要】 G60是高强度高韧性的焊丝用盘条,鞍钢新轧线材厂,根据焊丝质量要求,确定了G60盘条生产的关键点,通过现场生产实践,摸索出了适合现场工艺条件的工艺控制方法,从而生产出了质量满足用户要求的G60盘条。
【Abstract】 G60 wire rods are used for CO2 gas shielded welding rods with high strength and high toughness. According to the Standard, key points on the production line were found out at Angang New Steel Corporation. Through the experiments on production line, the appropriate technological control method was obtained.The ideal product quality was reached.
