【摘要】 目前,由于投资和规模问题,我国地方骨干企业转炉炉容量多数定位在120t左右。120t级转炉能否使用付枪技术,争论的焦点是炉口直径的大小。就这一问题,进行了必要的定量计算并论述了付枪技术的研制发展过程、技术特点及其在我国滞后的主要原因。指出只要炉口直径设计合理、付枪的相关设备稳定可靠,120t级转炉付枪可避开氧气射流流股的冲击,实现转炉的动态控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, most of converters in China are of 120 t or so due to investment and production scale problems. The debatable focus is the size of the converter mouth diameter, whether the sublance can be used or not. A necessary quantitative calculation and the development of the sublance technology are presented. It is pointed out if the size of the converter mouth diameter is rationally designed and the rela-tive equipments of the sublance are greatly stable, the use of sublance on the 120 t scale converter without oxygen jet impact and dynamic control of the converter can be ensured.更多还原
