超低碳钢连铸结晶器保护渣的研究

【摘要】 介绍了超低碳钢连铸过程中的增碳机理,指出其主要原因是由于钢水与保护渣富碳层的接触,研究了富碳层的成因,并在此基础上探索降低富碳层碳含量和数量的措施,开发的保护渣在实际浇铸中对超低碳钢的增碳程度较小。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of carbon pickup by ultra - low - carbon steels during continuous casting is described. The major cause is the contact of the molten steel with the powder. The for-mation of an enriched - carbon layer is due to the existence of "carbon core". The new powder has been successfully used to minimize carbon pickup by ultra - low - carbon steels during continuous casting.
