全精矿厚料层烧结技术
TECHNIQUE OF FULL CONCENTRATE THICK - BED SINTERING

【摘要】 通过采取强化混合料制粒,实施厚料层烧结,提高混合料温度,采取偏析布料等,包钢在全精矿条件下实现了550mm厚料层烧结。烧结工艺技术经济指标及烧结矿质量明显提高,取得了良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 By intensifying mixture granulation, thick - bed sintering, increasing the tempera-ture of mixture, and the segregated charge distribution ect. , the technico - economical indexes and the sinter- quality at BAOTOU Steel (Group) Corporation have been improved greatly with obvious benefits.
