低温变形对普碳钢组织及力学性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF LOW TEMPERATURE DEFORMATION ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES FOR PLAIN CARBON STEEL

【摘要】 具有0.18C-0.21Si-0.60Mn的普通碳素钢在经≤900℃的低温变形后,变形温度对组织结构产生明显影响,随着变形温度由高至低的变化,组织结构由F+B+P(M)→F(亚晶)+P→形变F+P,铁素体晶粒细化效果逐渐减弱,这与冷却相变前奥氏体的体积分数和稳定的铁素体回复结构有关.不同的结构导致屈强比差别明显.
【Abstract】 Deformation temperature has remarkable influence on microstructure for plain carbon steel with compositions of 0.18C-0.21Si-0.6Mn, when it deformed at low temperature (≤900℃).With deformation temperature decreasing, the microstructures change as follows: F + B+ P(M)→F(subgrain)+P→F(deformed) + P, and the effect of ferrite grain refinement weakens.It has relation to austenite volume fraction before transformation and the stable recovery structure of ferrite.Different microstrucstures lead to the distinct difference of yield ratios.
