Q235碳素钢应变强化相变过程的动态TTT(CCT)曲线及组织演变规律

【摘要】 利用单向压缩热模拟试验及金相法初步建立了Q235碳素钢在一定应变条件下的动态TTT(CCT)曲线并分析了相应的组织变化特征.结果表明,碳素钢中铁素体会因应变在明显高于A的奥氏体化温度而存在.奥氏体的动态再结晶影响了铁素体的析出、形态及分布.降温连续形变过程中,过冷的作用加速了动态转变过程中各类转变的交互作用.这些变化可在应力应变曲线上表现出来.
【Abstract】 The dynamic TTT(CCT) curves during strain enhanced transformation in a Q235 plain carbon steel are established under hot compression simulating test and the microstructure evolution involved are analyzed.Results indicate that heavy strain can induce ferrite at temperatures higher above A in this plain carbon steel.Austenite dynamic recrystallization influences the amount and morphology of ferrite.Under the influences of both cooling and straining the supercooling accelerates dynamic transformation and the interaction of it with dynamic recrystallization, which can be reflected in σ-ε curves.
