带钢热轧侧弯模拟器的开发

【摘要】 板带轧制过程中,由于一些因素的影响使板带轧机左右受力产生不对称,从而导致侧弯现象的产生.本文对影响侧弯的因素进行了分析,开发出了侧弯模拟器,对不同条件下侧弯量用影响函数法进行了计算,并用Matlab进行了动态仿真.结果表明该软件使用方便、操作简单.
【Abstract】 There are some factors that cause the mill unbalance for left and right side in hot strip rolling, so the camber takes place in the rolling process.In this paper, the camber factors were analyzed and camber simulator was developed.The camber values were calculated with influent function in different conditions, and the camber process was simulated dynamically with Matlab.The results show that the software used expediently and operated easily.
