【摘要】 利用实验室新建立的双辊铸轧机进行了高速钢薄带铸轧实验研究,得到了实验用高速工具钢薄带铸轧的最佳工艺参数;对铸轧高速钢薄带的显微组织及偏析情况进行了分析,得到了主要工艺参数对铸带组织分布的影响规律,为铸轧高速钢薄带的后处理方法及工艺的制定奠定了基础;实验表明,新建立的铸轧系统铸轧过程稳定,能够铸轧出表面质量和边部质量较好的高速钢薄带产品.更多还原

【Abstract】 Experimental study on strip casting of high-speed steel was carried out using new laboratory twin roll caster.The most suitable process parameters were obtained; the microstructure and microsegregation of the product were analyzed, the effects of process parameters on the microstructure were also obtained.The results can provide practical knowledge for the establishment of subsequent treatment method and process procedure.Experiment shows the new twin roll strip caster is stable and can produce high quality high-speed steel strip.更多还原
