优化冷连轧机轧制参数和辊型配置提高轧制效能和产品质量

【摘要】 论文简要分析了鞍钢冷轧厂四机架冷连轧机原轧制规程设定模型和辊型配置方案的应用情况及其存在的问题,提出了对四机架冷连轧机轧制参数和支撑辊辊型配置(包括辊型曲线和辊型凸度)综合优化的方案.优化方案是以四机架冷连轧机为对象,以板形板厚为目标函数,以遗传算法为优化方法进行设计的.叙述了优化后的新轧制规程参数和强适应性支撑辊及其辊型配置方案在鞍钢冷连轧机上的成功应用及取得的良好效果.
【Abstract】 This paper simply analyses the work of the existing rolling schedule model and the roll shape collocation, and bring forward a project to optimize the rolling parameters and backup rolls on 4-stand tandem cold strip mill.The object of the optimization system is the 4-stand tandem cold strip mill, the target function is strip gauge and shape,and the optimization method is genetic algorithms.This paper also describes the successful application of optimized rolling parameters and the highly adaptive backup rolls on 4-stand cold strip mill at Anshan Iron and Steel (Group)Corp.and the good results obtainedo
