自由程序轧制在1780生产线上的应用
APPLICATION OF SCHEDULE FREE ROLLING ON 1780 HOT ROLLING MILL

【摘要】 自由程序轧制技术经过近20年的研究与开发已取得了显著成效,随着与之配套技术装备的日益完善,自由程序轧制技术已开始在工业化大生产中发挥出显著效益.本文就1780生产线自由程序轧制中的主要技术设备进行介绍,并根据目前的轧制实绩,提出了今后的努力方向.
【Abstract】 In the past 20 years, the study of schedule free rolling(SFR)has achieved good economical effects and great progress.With the improvement of the technology relative to SFR, SFR has been applied to hot strip rolling.In this paper, the main equipments of 1780 hot rolling mill on SFR are introduced, and the development direction is indicated according to actual effect.
