转炉连铸塑料模具钢3Cr2Mo、3Cr2Ni1Mo的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF 3Cr2Mo,3Cr2NilMo DIE STEEL FOR PLASTICS PRODUCED WITH LD-CC PROCESSES

【摘要】 针对合金塑料模具钢市场需求量大,电炉—模铸生产工艺成本高、生产率低的现状,采用转炉—连铸工艺开发研制了该钢种,使其成材率较模注钢提高了15%以上。通过实验室热模拟连铸热塑性研究及热处理工艺研究,重点探讨了连铸工艺和热处理工艺,并对工业性试生产钢的冶金质量进行了介绍。
【Abstract】 The 3Cr2Mo、3Cr2Nil Mo die steel for plastics had been developed by LD-CC processes in order to meet the industry requirement, decreased the production cust and increased the productivity. Hy the research on hot ductility for continuous casting process with thermal analysis and heat treatment process in laboratory, better performance and metallurgical quality had been obtained and the yield had been increased by 15% and up.
