【摘要】 在利用硫印图像自动判级系统得到的内裂定量化数据的基础上,结合连铸板坯内裂产生机理,对于内裂进行了统计分析。结果表明,内裂的发生是有一定规律的,从预测板坯内裂的级别来说,开发预测模型是可行的。并以统计分析得到的一内裂预测模型作为实例进行了说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biased on the quantitative data of internal crack by image recognition system of sulfur print and in the light of internal crack mechanism, a statistical analysis for internal crack is made. The result shows that internal crack happens in regulation and it is feasible to develop prediction model in terms of level of slab internal crack prediction, which has been illustrated by a prediction model of internal crack through statistical analysis.更多还原
