板坯连铸结晶器平均热流影响因素及控制范围研究

【摘要】 对宝钢板坯连铸过程结晶器平均热流进行的研究发现,当拉速增加到1.2m/min以上时,由于结晶器冷却水进、出水温差不再增加,结晶器宽边平均热流不再随拉速的增加而进一步提高。结晶器平均热流与钢碳含量之间有明显关系,含碳0.11%左右的钢浇铸时结晶器平均热流均最低。当宽面平均热流为1.4~1.6MW/m~2,亚包晶钢板坯表面纵裂纹发生率较低。结晶器对称面传热差值控制在0.05MW/m~2内较合适。传统板坯连铸亚包晶钢时宽窄面平均热流比值控制范围是80%~90%。

【Abstract】 Investigation was made on the average heat flux of mold qa in slab continuous casting at BAOSTEEL. It was found that, when casting speed was increased to more than 1.2 m/min, the average heat flux of the broad faces did not increase further with increasing casting speed because the temperature difference of the inlet and outlet cooling water did not increase with casting speed. The average heat flux was also affected by the carbon content of steel. The longitudinal crack index was very low when the heat flux of wide faces was 1.4-1.6MW/m2 , and the difference between the symmetric faces was below 0.05MW/m2. To conventional slab casting, the heat flux ratio of the narrow and wide faces must be controlled within 80%-~90% .
