高频磁场方坯软接触电磁连铸工艺研究

【摘要】 本文通过实验检测和数值模拟方法研究了高频磁场方坯软接触电磁连铸工艺中弯月面位置以及感应线圈匝数对铸坯初始凝固区域高频磁场及电磁压力分布的影响。在此基础上,利用Sn-10Ph合金进行了高频磁场作用下100mm×100mm方坯软接触电磁连铸实验;并在所确定的最佳电磁工艺参数条件下,成功地进行了100mm×100mm钢坯软接触电磁连铸实验,所得软接触电磁连铸钢坯表面振痕明显减轻、角部裂纹基本消失。
【Abstract】 Experimental measurements and numerical analysis have been conducted to clarify the distribution of high frequency magnetic flux density and electromagnetic pressure on the region of initial solidification within the soft contact EMCC (electromagnetic continuous existing ) mold of 100mmX 100mm billet. The effects of some factors like the molten metal meniscus levels and coil turns were investigated. On the base of the experimental and numerical study, the experiments of soft contact EMCC of billet with high frequency electromagnetic field was carried out by using Sn-lOPb alloy. The effects of operating parameters, such as the electric power, meniscus level and coil turns on the billet surface quality were investigated in order to determine the optimum operating parameters for the soft contact EMCC. Moreover the 100mm x 100mm steel billet was successfully casted with the soft contact EMCC technique. With the optimum parameters of high frequency electromagnetic field, the surface roughness of steel billet caused by mold oscillation and meniscus fluctuation can be remarkably decreased and the corner cracks were disappeared.
