宝钢板坯连铸结晶器平均热流研究

【摘要】 对宝钢板坯连铸过程结晶器平均热流进行的研究发现,当拉速增加到1.2m/min以上时,由于结晶器冷却水进、出水温差不再增加,结晶器宽边平均热流不再随拉速的增加而进一步提高。结晶器的平均热流与钢碳含量之间有明显关系,含碳0.11%左右的钢浇铸时结晶器宽面和窄面的平均热流均最低。当拉速超过1.0m/min,以及在浇铸碳含量0.002%~0.05%和0.13%~0.15%范围钢时,相当数量的炉次结晶器窄热流接近甚至超过宽边热流,表明较高拉速和浇铸该两处碳含量范围钢种时结晶器窄边锥度偏大。

【Abstract】 Investigation was made on the average heat flux into the mold qa of a slab continuous caster at BAOS-TEEL. It was found that, when casting speed was increased to 1. 2 m/min and more, the average heat flux to the broad faces did not increase further with casting speed while the temperature of the inlet and the outlet cooling water did not changed. The average heat flux was also affected by the carbon content of casting steel. When steel with about 0.11% carbon was cast, qa of both the broad and narrow faces of the mold decreased to minimum values. When casting speed is more than 1.0 m/min and the carbon content are 0. 002%-0.05% or0.13%-0.15%, the average heat flux to narrow faces was very close to the average heat flux on the broad faces or even higher. This fact indicates that the current used mold wall taper should be reduced for high speed casting of steels with 0.002%-0.05% or 0. 13% -0. 15% carbon content.
