【Abstract】 This paper introduced the molten steel secondary refining equipment and technology of three steel-making plants, WISCO, especially described the development and application of RH-KTEKWPB multifunctional vacuum refining technology, the deep decarbonation,denitrogenation.,dehydrogenation,deoxidation and non-metalic inclusion control in the process of secondary refining, the development and application of Calcium-treated technology , and the application effect of which these technologies were used in the production of high brand cold rolled silicon steel、ultra low carbon IF steel、high property petroleum pipeline steel and hard wire rod steel,ect.更多还原
