攀钢120t转炉半钢炼钢终点控制模型

【摘要】 本文建立了攀钢半钢炼钢的统计模型。该模型把复杂的转炉炼钢过程控制简化为炼钢供氧时间的控制。试验中模型碳、温双命中率达到80%以上,在转炉炼钢的实际控制中,月最好双命中率达到76.67%的水平。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a statics model on steelmaking with semi-steel in 120t BOF. In This model complicate steelmaking process is simplified into control of blowing time. The double hitting rate of the carbon and temperature gets to 80% during experiment, while 76.69% in industrial state by this modle at FanSteel.
