钒钛转炉钢渣熔化特性的研究

【摘要】 测定了钒钛钢渣在不同组元含量条件下的熔化性温度及熔化区间。通过电子显微镜分析V、Ti在岩相中的含量,找出了钒钛钢渣与普通钢渣熔化规律差别的原因。提出了钒钛钢渣进行溅渣护炉的控制方向。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the melting temperature an region for converter slag with vanadium and titanium oxides has been measured. Through analyzing the content of V and Ti in slag lithofacies by electron microscope, the reason why melting temperature of slag with vanadium and titanium oxides was lower than common slag was discovered. Otherwise, the way of slag with vanadium and titanium oxides adjustment was put forward for slag splashing.
