湘钢高炉喷煤枪的流场分布研究

【摘要】 为了揭示改型前后两种喷煤枪喷吹粉煤气—粒两相湍流流动过程的流场分布情况,根据质量守恒、动量守恒、混合组分平衡的基本规律建立了高炉粉煤喷吹三维气—粒两相湍流流动过程数学模型,采用k—ε—g方程描述风口内气—粒两相的湍流流动,并基于SIMPLEST思想,通过对Euler交坐标下节点离散化方程的耦合关系分析求解,对喷枪改型前后高炉风口内气—粒两相湍流流动进行了数值计算,计算结果和实验验证表明:斜孔多股流喷煤枪能使风口壁面的磨损大大减少,并有利于粉煤颗粒流更加充分燃烧。
【Abstract】 In order to reveal distributing of flow field about 3D gas-particle two phase at the course of turbulent flow in BF tuyere due to the pulverized coal injection, two types of lance that is not improved and that is improved are researched. Under condition of the methods of using the basic law of the conservation of mass, of momentum and the balance of mixing component, it is established that a mathematical model of turbulent flow about 3D gas-particle two phase inside the BF tuyere. Turbulent flow about 3D gas-particle two phase is characterized by the k-ε -g model. And on the basis of SIMPLEST method, different numerical methods are applied according to the interconnection features between variable and the computational region. It is simulated that the flow fields about 3D gas -particle two phase in BF tuyere due to the pulverized coal injected by two different types of lance. The results of calculation and experiment show that lance with multiple holes can greatly reduce erosion of tuyere caused by pulverized coal and will be in favor of enhancing burning efficiency of pulverized coal.
