武钢原料场混匀效率分析

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了武钢原料场的混匀工艺,并通过现场取样和物化性能测试对一次料场不同品种、不同预混工艺的预混效率进行了比较,分析了武钢原料场现阶段配料、堆料、取料各工序对混匀效率的贡献大小,并提出了加强原料的预混及一次料场原料的批别管理、注重混匀配料等进一步提高混匀矿质量的建议。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the blending technique of WISCO’ s raw material yard has been introduced briefly, the primary blending efficiency of different ore varieties, different primary blending approaches in the primary raw material yard have been compared via in-site sampling and measurements of the physical and chemical properties, and the contribution to blending efficiency of proportioning, stacking and reclaiming processes in WISCO’ s raw material yard have been analyzed. At last some proposals as paying special attention to the primary blending, material batch management and proportioning processes are put forward in order to further increase the quality of yard blended ores.
