重钢焦炭高温性能测定研究

【摘要】 衡量焦炭质量的好坏,除了化学成分和转鼓强度外,其高温性能不可忽视。但对焦炭高温性能如何测定还研究甚少。为此,我们测定了重钢高炉用焦炭的高温性能,分析讨论了重钢焦炭变化原因,为重钢焦炭质量改善和高炉操作采取对策提供理论依据。同时为炼铁工作者为本厂冶金焦炭高温性能测定提供参考。

【Abstract】 Coke quality is estimated by chemical composition and wear resistance. In addition, high temperature of coke is also very important to coke quality. Research on measuring high temperature properties of coke was not sufficient at present yet. The reasons for deterioration of the coke quality was analyzed and discussed through measuring the high temperature properties of coke used in the blast furnaces of Chongqing Iron & Steel Co. The conclusions can be used as a theory basis for improving the coke quality and for the blast furnace operation. It also provide reference for measuring high temperature properties.
