中国钢铁材料发展现状及迈入新世纪的对策
PRESENT STATUS AND DEVELOPING STRATEGY OF STEELS AT THE TURN OF NEW CENTURY IN CHINA

【摘要】 本文是1997～2000年中国工程院、中国科学院组织的“钢铁材料咨询报告”的概论介绍。在简要叙述世界近代钢铁发展史基础上,介绍了中国改革开放后中国钢铁工业发展的过程。本文就迈入新世纪后我国钢铁工业面临的挑战和发展机遇作了分析,并提出了关于努力的目标和战略对策的相应建议。
【Abstract】 Present paper is survey of project "Consulting Report: Iron & Steel Materials" organized by A-cademia Sinica and Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1997- 2000. The history and progress of iron & steel industry both of world-side and China has been briefly mentioned. The faced challenge and opportunity to Chinese-side has been analyzed. Proposal for correspond target and strategic policy has been issued in this paper.
