家用电器涂层钢板性能的对比分析

【摘要】 分析了市场上三种不同家用电电器涂层钢板的拉伸性能及涂镀层的附着性能。讨论了钢板的纯净度、加工工艺、织构类型及其均匀性对钢板性能的影响。结果表明:家用电器涂层钢板需要有较高的纯净度及强而沿板厚分布均匀的{111}面织构;镀锌层{0001}面织构有利于涂、镀层附着性能的提高。

【Abstract】 The tensile properties and the adhesion properties of the coated layers of 3 different coated steel sheets for household electrical appliances taken from the market were analyzed. The influence of steel purity, processing parameters, texture types and their homogeneity on the properties are discussed. It is shown that the coated steel sheet for household electrical appliances should have higher purity as well as strong and homogeneously distributed {111}fiber texture in normal direction. The {0001}fiber texture in galvanization layer could benefit the adhesion property of the coated layer.
