φ32mm高强度精轧螺纹钢筋的研制

【摘要】 以40Si2MnV为基本钢种,进行微合金化处理,并采用控温轧制和轧后穿水冷却工艺,研制开发出了满足ASTM A722-95标准的φ32mm高强度精轧螺纹钢筋,钢筋的基本组织为铁素体+珠光体。
【Abstract】 Based on 40Si2MnV,32 mm high-strength reinforced bar for prestressing concrete which can meet the standard ASTM A722-95 has been developed by appropriate microalloying element design,temperature-controlled rolling and residual heat treatment. The basic microstructure is of ferrite-pearlite.
