Mn-B系低碳贝氏体型SBL非调质钢控轧控冷工艺的研究

【摘要】 利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机测定抽油杆用Mn-B系低碳贝氏体型SBL。非调质钢热变形奥氏体的连续冷却转变曲线,以此为基础,通过改变加热温度、变形制度、轧后冷却速度等控轧控冷工艺参数,得到强韧性配合良好的理想的粒状贝氏体组织,为现场采用控轧控冷替代轧后回火工艺奠定了理论和实验基础。
【Abstract】 The Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine is used to determine the CCT diagram of hot deformed austenite of low carbon Mn-B bainite SBL non quenched and non tempered steel. By alternating the parameters of controlled rolling and controlled cooling,such as heating-up temperature,regime of deformation ,cooling velocity after rolling and so on, perfect granular bainite of good strength and ductile is obtained. The controlled cooling and controlled rolling can then substitute for tempering after rolling based on those theory and experience.
