【摘要】 利用异径双辊铸轧机进行了不锈钢薄带铸轧实验研究,掌握了不锈钢薄带铸轧的最佳工艺参数,成功地铸轧了不锈钢带卷;对铸轧薄带的显微组织进行了分析,并比较了铸轧技术晶粒细化的效果;分析了铸带裂纹产生的原因及影响铸轧过程稳定性的主要因素,提出了防止铸带表面裂纹的技术措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimental study on strip casting of stainless steel was carried out by using a laboratory unequal diameter twin roll caster. This work focused on obtaining the optimal operation conditions and producing some strip coils of stainless steel. Then the as-cast microstructure of the strip and the main factors which affects the surface crack and processing stability were analyzed. The effect of strip casting technique on the grain refinement was evaluated and compared with that caused by conventional process. The measures to prevent cracks was also proposed.更多还原
