不锈钢热连轧道次规划的数学模型参数的建立

【摘要】 介绍了在宝钢2050热轧开发热轧不锈钢卷的过程中,粗、精轧轧制力的离线计算方法与在线过程控制设定计算数学模型参数的建立。在离线轧制力的计算分析方面讨论了如何结合现有在线过程设定模型,给定离线计算所需的轧制温度、压下量分配等计算条件;在在线设定计算方面,根据离线计算结果,选取现有在线过程设定的较为接近的模型参数,在此基础上进行修改用于不锈钢热连轧过程设定。试轧结果表明:通过理论与实践相结合所建立的不锈钢热连轧过程设定模型参数,在试轧过程中设定计算结果与实测值较吻合,轧制过程稳定。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the methods to calculate the roughing and finishing rolling forces and to set up model coefficients for on-line process controlling for stainless steel coils in 2050 mm hot strip mill in Baosteel are introduced. Test result has shown that the rolling forces calculated by setting up model coefficients for on-line process are well coincident with measured data.
