Nb微合金钢的高温塑性研究及应用

【摘要】 研究了国内工程中大量应用的中碳Nb微合金钢的高温塑性,得出了其脆性温度范围及其特征,分析了其脆性主要影响因素,并结合实际生产过程中出现的表面裂纹,对生产工艺参数和高温特性进行了综合分析。
【Abstract】 The hot ductility of medium carbon Nb bearing steel,which is widely used in engineering,has been investigated on thermal stress/strain simulator,and the affection and mechanism of crack propagation has been studied. Based on these results, the cause and measures of/against surface cracking has been discussed.
