超低碳钢在结晶器中增碳的研究

【摘要】 研究了超低碳钢在结晶器中的增碳现象。结果表明,富集碳层的存在和熔渣层含有碳是引起铸坯增碳的两个重要原因。浅析了铸坯增碳的机理,并提出了防止铸坯增碳的主要措施。
【Abstract】 The carbon pick-up of ultra-low-carbon steels during continuous casting has been studied. Carbon enriched layer and carbon containing slag layer are two important reasons for the carbon pick-up of slabs. The mechanism of carbon pick-up of slabs is expounded. And the methods to prevent carbon pick-up of slabs are introduced.
