宝钢转炉设备适应溅渣护炉工艺的对策研究及实施

【摘要】 介绍炼钢厂在实施溅渣护炉新工艺以后,炉龄取得重大突破、各项技术经济指标达到新水平的情况下,转炉设备所面临的严峻考验。由于转炉设备的原设计与溅渣护炉新工艺不相匹配,一度设备故障频繁,严重影响了转炉的安全顺行。在采取一系列技术对策和管理措施之后,现有的转炉设备在未增加大量投资的情况卜,逐渐适应了溅渣炉炉下高炉龄的转炉生产,为炼钢生产的高效节能创造了条件。
【Abstract】 The challenge faced by BOF equipment and countermeasures accepted in a situation of carrying out slag splashing process on BOF with increased largely lining-life and excellent technical and economic indexes are introduced. Because the original design of the BOF equipment could not match the slag splashing process, BOF breakdown occurs frequently for a time. After taking a series of technical and managerial means, BOF equipment has been able to suit this process and provide beneficial conditions for high efficiency steelmaking and low consumption without large investment.
