攀钢含钒钛铁水预处理工艺实践

【摘要】 含钒钛铁水预处理工艺在攀枝花钢铁(集团)公司投入使用。这种预处理工艺分两步,第一步是铁水脱硫,第二步为脱硫铁水提钒。三年的试验研究和生产实践表明,采用这种工艺可以把铁水[S]由脱硫前的0.04%~0.08%降低到0.02%,甚至可以降低到0.01%以下。脱硫铁水经撇渣后,进行二次预处理,即转炉提钒。通过提钒,将铁水中的钒元素提取进入钒渣,从而使铁水中[V]由原来的0.32%~0.34%降低到0.028%以下,而钒渣中(V2O5)达19%左右。
【Abstract】 A pretreatment process for vanadium and titanium bearing hot metal was developed and put into use at Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co. (PZHSC). The pretreatment process includes two steps,the first step is hot metal desulphurization,and the second is the vanadium extraction. It is shown by the experiments and the practice in recent years that,the sulfur content of the hot metal is reduced from 0. 04 %-0. 08 % to less than 0. 02 % ,or even less than 0. 01 % ,after the first step of the pretreatment. The second step of the pretreatment, the vanadium extraction process in BOF is carried out after slag steelmaking. In the second step,the vanadium is oxidized to form the vanadium slag and the vanadium content in the hot metal is reduced from 0.32 %-0. 34 % to 0.028 %, while (V2O5) content in vanadium slag can reach about 19 %.
