【摘要】 为了对武钢二炼钢厂现行工艺条件下钢水纯净度进行调查,选定通过RH真空处理和吹氩处理两种精炼工艺生产的钢种作为调查对象,通过不同工序在熔渣中加入不同示踪剂和出钢后在不同工序点取样分析,摸清钢水纯净度特性值的变化规律、所处水平和跟踪分析夹杂物的来源,提出改进措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the present conditions of No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO, the cleanness of liquid steel produced with two different refining processes-Ar bubbling or RH degassing is investigated in this paper. By adding tracers into slag and sampling in different steps, the change tendency of the cleanness of liquid steel with two different refining processes is derived. Finally, some improving measures are put forward.更多还原
