【摘要】 利用系统工程的观点,对30 t EAF-LF-VD冶炼轴承钢工艺进行优化研究,采用逐步回归方法建立数学模型,求出最优工艺参数。以此工艺参数制定工艺试验方案,所炼轴承钢氧含量、夹杂物检验等均符合要求,证明其工艺参数的最优性。本研究对改进轴承钢的精炼效果、制定合理的精炼工艺及对北钢后50万t钢的生产有指导意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the melting process of bearing steel is studied with the view of system optimization. An experimental model has been established by stepwise regression analysis,and then the optimum results were found. With these optimum results,a process of bearing steelmaking has been laid down. The content of oxygen and the grade of the micro-inclusion of the bearing steel produced in this way is better than previous heats. This result has direct effect improving the quality of bearing steel and stabilizing the refining technique for new 500 000 t production line which will be started soon.
