攀钢转炉提钒工艺的开发与优化

【摘要】 针对攀钢低钒铁出特征及转炉提钒工艺现状,通过对攀钢转炉提钒工艺的系统开发与优化,使转炉提钒工艺技术指标大幅度提高,达到世界先进水平。[C ]b 3.57 %,[V]b 0.028 %,Tb 1375℃,罐综合样(V2O5) 18.06%,(TFe)、(MFe)分别为28.7%、12.8%。钒回收率80.9%,钒氧化率90.4%,半钢收得率93.94%。还分析了转炉提钒过程元素氧化特征。
【Abstract】 In accordance with the characteristics of low vanadium bearing hot metal and the present situation of vanadium recovery process, the targets of vanadium recovery process in converters are risen greatly by the systematic development and optimization of the process at Pangang, and they come up to advanced world level, i.e. [C] 3. 57 %, [V]b0. 028 % in semi-steel, and semi-steel’s temperature 1375℃;(V2O5) 18.06 %,(TFe) 28.7 % and (MFe) 12. 8 % in vanadium slag, vanadium recovery rate 80. 9 %; vanadium oxidizing rate 90.4 %; semi-steel yield rate 93.94 %. This paper also analyses the element oxidizing characteristics during vanadium recovery process in converters.
