300m~3高炉灰铸铁与球墨铸铁冷却壁破损行为比较及长寿对策

【摘要】 采用高炉扒护调查、破损冷却壁实体解剖、统计分析、试验研究等方法,对分别使用灰铸铁(HT)与球墨铸铁(QT)材质的马钢3号和13号高炉冷却壁的宏观破损规律与成因,以及微观破损机制等进行了比较研究。总结提出了六个方面的长寿改进对策。
【Abstract】 By means of raking out investigation, dissecting study, statistical analysis and experimental test, comparative study has been made into the macro damage regular patterns, and causes of formation and micro damage mechanism of cooling stave of grey cast and nodular cast iron material quality of No. 3 and No. 13 BF of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. . The measures for longevity in six aspects are summed up and put forward.
