大型高炉吨铁喷煤200kg设计与实践

【摘要】 宝钢现有三座高炉,均可安全喷吹高挥发分强爆炸性烟煤。其中1号高炉设计磨煤能力 90 t/h,当高炉日产铁水9600t时,最大喷煤量可达220 kg/t。煤粉制备采用双系列、负压、中速磨制粉,旋风、布袋二级收粉工艺;煤粉喷吹为ARMCO式三罐并列、总管加分配器流程。到1999年4月底止,已累计喷吹煤粉约70万t,最大月均吨铁喷煤量已达 252 kg。

【Abstract】 Baosteel has three large blast furnaces with 4000 m3 grade, which can safely operate with the injection of high volatility bituminous coal. The PCI device of No. 1 blast furnace with design capacity of 90 t/h or 220 kg/THM when daily production of hot metal reaches 9600 t. The pulverization system is of the process of double series and negative pressure, with mid-speed mill and the cyclone and bag-filter collection. The injection system adopts three tanks standing side by side and alone pipe distributor. Seven hundred thousand tons of pulverized coal has been injected by the end of April 1999. The highest monthly PCI rate reached 252 kg/THM.
