预熔型保护渣在生产过程中挥发性的实验研究

【摘要】 通过回归正交设计确定了连铸保护渣挥发率同碱度、Na2CO3含量、CaF2含量、温度及时间的二次函数关系式。分析结果表明,CaF2或Na2CO3含量较低时,碱度增加,挥发降低,而CaF2或Na2CO3含量较高时,碱度增加,挥发也增加;Na2CO3及CaF2对挥发的影响随碱度的增加或时间的延长而逐渐显著;在这五个因素当中,温度对渣的挥发影响最大,且不受其它因素的制约;相同含量条件下,Na2CO3对挥发的影响高于CaF2,且不随时间变化而变化。

【Abstract】 The influence of basicity, Na2CO3, CaF2 , temperature and time on the volatility of mold powder was studied using orthogonal design. The results show that, when the content of Na2CO3 or CaF2 is low, volatility decreases with the increment of basicity, and when the content of Na2CO3 or CaF2 is high, volatility increases with basicity; the effect of Na2CO3 and CaF2 on volatility increases with basiciy and time; temperature is the strongest one among the 5 factors, and isn’t restricted to another factors; the effect of Na2CO3 is stronger than CaF2 when the content is the same, and doesn’t vary with time.
