1400~600℃间碳钢连铸坯的脆化特性研究

【摘要】 在1×10-4s-1应变速率下对含碳0.07%~0.30%钢连铸坯试样的高温延塑性进行了测试。在1300~1000℃之间,低、中、高碳钢铸坯试样均具有良好的延塑性,在该温度区间中碳钢抵抗裂纹产生的能力不弱于低、高碳钢,连铸过程中碳钢铸坯高的裂纹敏感性因此可以认为不是其本身延塑性所致。在γ单相区低温域,低、高碳钢试样的延塑性显著低于中碳钢。在γ+α两相域,试样的低塑性区随碳含量的增加向低温方向移动,低碳钢的延塑性好于中、高碳钢。

【Abstract】 Hot ductility of carbon steel CC slab specimens containing 0. 07 %-0. 30 %C was measured under the strain rate of 1×10-4 s-1. It was found that the low, medium and high carbon steel specimens all keep high ductility in 1300 - 1000 ℃. In this temperature region, medium carbon steel is not weaker than low and high carbon steel in resisting crack formation, it is revealed that the high susceptiveness of the medium carbon steel slab is not attributable to the ductility of the slab itself. The ductility of the low and high carbon steel in the single γ phase low temperature region is considerably lower than the medium carbon steel. In the γ+α two-phase temperature region, the low ductility region moves toward the lower temperature direction with increasing steel carbon content. The ductility of the low carbon steel is better than the medium and high carbon steel in the γ+ αtwo-phase temperature region.
