薄板坯连铸保护渣的研究

【摘要】 针对直弧型薄板坯连铸技术的特点,通过对保护渣理化性能、熔化特性的基础研究,确定了适合直弧型薄板坯连铸用保护渣的组成及成分范围。利用数值仿真建立的传热数学模型确定的保护渣熔化温度、粘度及熔化速度被实践证明是合理的,这为保护渣的研究提供了理论依据。通过工业性试验的应用证明,所研制的保护渣系能满足薄板坯连铸的需要,使用效果良好,为我国高速连铸用保护渣的配制提供了方向。

【Abstract】 In this paper the composition of mold flux for thin slab casting is determined through basic research on physical and chemical properties as well as melting characteristics of flux to meet demands of thin slab continuous casting technology. It has been proved in practice reasonable that the melting temperature and viscosity of flux is calculated by heat transfer model, which laid a theoretical foundation for research on flux. The industrial trials showed that the developed flux system meets the need of continuous casting technology for casting thin slab successfully and can be served as the guideline for developing flux for high speed continuous casting.
