连铸小方坯中大颗粒夹杂物的研究

【摘要】 试验在鞍钢二炼钢厂小方坯连铸生产线上进行。采用常规分析手段对小方坯连铸过程中各阶段的钢水及铸坯跟踪取样分析。表明,铸坯中大颗粒夹杂物是以外来夹杂物为核心的钢液中悬浮小颗粒夹杂物的复合物。连铸生产的操作条件对铸坯中大颗粒夹杂物的影响主要是钢液敞流浇注的二次氧化和因操作不严格进入中间包的填料等。提出了防止其大颗粒夹杂物的措施。
【Abstract】 The experiment was carried out at the second steelmaking works of Anshan Iron & Steel (Group) Co. Based on the common analytical means, the steel samples taken at different stages of production were investigated. The results indicate that the big inclusions in CC billet is duplex inclusion which core is exogenous inclusion. The effect of the operating conditions of CC production on formation of big inclusions in CC billet is that the big inclusions are formed during open pouring of liquid steel into tundish with low metal level in tundish and by entry of filling refractory into steel due to unsatisfactory operation. According to these, this paper raises the measures of preventing big inclusions in CC billet.
