【摘要】 天津钢管公司进口的150t交流炼钢电弧炉,其变压器额定功率90/100 MW,冶炼周期100min,年设计生产能力60万t。该电炉于1992年6月27日生产出第一炉钢,到1996年12月31日止,共出钢11711炉,冶炼钢水160余万t。到1997年6月27日该电炉已安全、正常运行五年,几年的实践证明:150 t超高功率电弧炉工艺设计合理、主体设备性能优越、冶炼过程基本顺行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tianjin Pipe Corp. imported a 150 t UHP electric arc furnace (EAF) ,it’s rated power is 90/100 MW and the tap-to-tap time is about 100 minutes,it can produce 0. 6 million tons steel annually. The first heat was made on 27, June, 1992. Up to 31, Dec, 1996, 11711 heats had been tapped, and 1. 60 million tons steel had been produced. The furnace has been operated safely and normally for five years to 27 , June, 1997. The five years practice indicates that the 150 t UHP-EAF is reasonable in process design, the main equipment is good in operation, the steelmaking process is smooth.更多还原
