我国炼钢工序能耗现状分析

【摘要】 1996年我国转炉工序平均能耗为每吨钢31kg标煤,电炉炼钢工序平均能耗为每吨钢314kg标煤。炼钢工序能牦在全行业中占8%。各企业炼钢工序能耗有很大的差异,节能余量较大。在分析讨论的基础上对降低炼钢工序能耗提出了看法和建议。

【Abstract】 In 1996, energy consumption of BOF and EAF steelmaking process were 31 and 314 kgce/t respectively in China. Energy consumption of steelmaking process is 8 % of the total energy consumption in metallurgy. There is large difference among every plants in energy consumption of steelmaking process, and there is a great possibility of energy saving. Some view points and propositions are proposed on the base of discussion and analysis.
